Для здійснення змістовного аналізу електронних текстових документів запропоновано використовувати формальні логіко-лінгвістичні моделі. Метою статті є опис критеріїв аналізу формальних моделей, що здатні відображати зміст речень природної мови та формуються з використанням математичного апарату логіки предикатів.
